At EU NEON, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty that covers electrical components when used as intended. If a fault arises during this period, we will work with the purchaser to determine the source of the issue and provide a resolution. It's important to note that any damage occurring after receipt of the sign is not covered by our warranty, and we are not liable for such instances. We take pride in our neon signs and are committed to providing our customers with a seamless experience from purchase to long-term use.
To ensure the longevity of your LED sign, we recommend simple upkeep such as dusting with a feather duster or soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners on the tubing and fixtures. Additionally, it's important to protect your sign from extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, and temperature fluctuations. Once installed, you can sit back and enjoy the beauty of your neon sign without the need for any special maintenance.
EU NEON takes pride in producing high-quality handmade LED signs, which means that there is a reasonable production time for each order. Once you place your order and payment has been received, you can expect to receive your EU NEON LED sign within 3 to 4 weeks. If you require your sign more urgently, we also offer an express order option for an additional fee of 50€. With an express order, we aim to produce and deliver your sign within 14 working days.

Our regular LED neon signs are indoor signs that may be used at outdoor events, parties, commerce and other occasions as long as they are utilized outside for short periods of time in good weather and do not become wet. Please keep in mind that our regular signs are not waterproof and should not be left outside in the rain, snow, or extreme heat or cold.
All of our neon signs are produced by hand using an LED flex neon tube and an acrylic or oak backing. We employ a new neon tube technology to make your neon signs, which has a longer lifespan than traditional glass neon.

The length of time neon tubing lasts is determined by how much and how often it is used. The luminous tubes that we use typically last 3 to 4 years, though in the correct atmosphere, they can survive much longer.

After the cargo is made, international clients are liable for any customs or import duties. We do everything we can to keep overseas consumers from paying extra expenses. We regrettably have no control over these fees. If a customer refuses to accept a package owing to import fees or taxes, they assume full responsibility for all postal charges and return shipping costs. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
